Israeli IPTV middleware and applications provider, Orca Interactive, said Wednesday that Australia's FetchTV (note: the Australian FetchTV is not related to the UK service of the same name) is using its RiGHTv IPTV middleware platform to power its wholesale subscription TV service, which is set to launch shortly.
